Article 11 of the Rent of Premises Law (1981)

فيما عدا المبانى من المستوى الفاخر يعفى اعتبارا من أول يناير التالى لتاريخ العمل بهذا القانون مالكو وشاغلو المبانى المؤجرة لأغراض السكنى التى أنشئت أو تنشأ اعتبارا من ٩ سبتمبر سنة ١٩٧٧ من جميع الضرائب العقارية الأصلية والإضافية ولا تدخل إيرادات هذه المساكن فى وعاء الضريبة العامة على الايراد .
ولا يسرى حكم الفقرتين السابقتين على الأماكن المستعملة مفروشة أو فنادق أو بنسيونات
رابعا : فى شأن العمل على توفير المساكن :
