الحكم في المناقضة لا يقبل الطعن بالاستئناف إلا إذا كان المبلغ المتنازع فيه يزيد على ثلاثين ألف جنيه وذلك مهما كانت قيمة حق الدائن المناقض أو قيمة حصيلة التنفيذ .

ويكون ميعاد استئناف هذا الحكم عشرة أيام .
