إذا لم تتيسر التسوية الودية لاعتراض بعض ذوي الشأن يأمر مدير إدارة التنفيذ
بإثبات مناقضاتهم في المحضر ويحيل الاعتراض إلى قاضي التنفيذ الذي ينظر فيه
على الفور ، ولا يجوز إبداء مناقضات جديدة بعد هذه الجلسة .
