إذا تمت التسوية يعد القاضى خلال خمسة الأيام التالية قائمة التوزيع النهائية بما يستحقه كل دائن من أصل وفوائد ومصاريف .
و إذا تخلف جميع ذوى الشأن عن حضور الجلسة المحددة للتسوية الودية اعتبر القاضى القائمة المؤقتة قائمة نهائية .
وفى كلتا الحالتين يأمر القاضى بتسليم أوامر الصرف على الخزانة وبشطب القيود سواء تعلقت بديون أدرجت في القائمة أو بديون لم يذكرها التوزيع .
