يجب في استئناف الحكم الصادر في المناقضة اختصام جميع ذوى الشأن ويقوم قلم كتاب المحكمة الاستئنافية خلال ثلاثة أيام من صدور الحكم الاستئناف بإخبار قلم كتاب محكمة التنفيذ المستأنف حكمها بمنطوق الحكم الاستئنافى .
