لا يجوز الحجز على ما يحكم به القضاء من المبالغ المقررة أو المرتبة مؤقتا للنفقة أو للصرف منها في غرض معين ولا على الأموال الموهوبة أو الموصى بها لتكون نفقة إلا بقدر الربع وفاء لدين نفقة مقررة .
