الأموال الموهوبة أو الموصى بها مع اشتراط عدم جواز الحجز عليها لا يجوز حجزها من دائنى الموهوب له أو الموصى له الذين نشأ دينهم قبل الهبة أو الوصية إلا لدين نفقة مقررة ، وبالنسبة المبينة في المادة السابقة .
