يرفع الاستئناف بصحيفة تودع قلم كتاب المحكمة المرفوع إليها الاستئناف وفقا للأوضاع المقررة لرفع الدعوى ويجب أن تشتمل الصحيفة على بيان الحكم المستأنف وتاريخه وأسباب الاستئناف والطلبات و إلا كانت باطلة .
