استئناف الحكم المنهى للخصومة يستتبع حتما استئناف جميع الأحكام التى سبق صدورها فى القضية ما لم تكن قد قبلت صراحة وذلك مع مراعاة ما نصت عليه المادة ٢٣٢
واستئناف الحكم الصادر فى الطلب الاحتياطى يستتبع حتما استئناف الحكم الصادر فى الطلب الأصلى وفى هذه الحالة يجب اختصام المحكوم له فى الطلب الأصلى ولو بعد فوات الميعاد .
