Article 16 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا كان الميعاد معينا فى القانون للحضور أو لمباشرة إجراء فيه زيد عليه يوم لكل مسافة مقدارها خمسون كيلومترا بين المكان الذى يجب الانتقال منه والمكان الذى يجب الانتقال إليه ، وما يزيد من الكسور على الثلاثين كيلو مترا يزاد له يوم على الميعاد ، ولا يجوز أن يجاوز ميعاد المسافة أربعة أيام .
ويكون ميعاد المسافة خمسة عشر يوما بالنسبة لمن يقع موطنه فى مناطق الحدود .
