يجوز للقاضى فى غير أحوال الرد المذكورة ، إذا استشعر الحرج من نظر الدعوى لأى سبب أن يعرض أمر تنحيه على المحكمة فى غرفة المشورة ، أو على رئيس المحكمة للنظر فى إقراره على التنحى .
