تنقسم الحسابات الحكومية إلى :
حسابات الموازنة ، وتشمل الاستخدامات والموارد ، ويتم تصنيفها وتبويبها
وفقا لتقسيمات الموازنة العامة ودليل حسابات الحكومة . وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية
لهذا القانون الأحكام والأوضاع الخاصة بهذا الدليل والجهة المختصة بإصداره .
حسابات الأصول والخصوم والحسابات الوسيطة ، وتوضح اللائحة التنفيذية
أنواع هذه الحسابات على المستوى الإجمالى والتحليلى الذى يتضمنه دليل حسابات
الحكومة .
