تختص وزارة المالية بالرقابة المالية قبل الصرف على تنفيذ موازنة
الجهات الإدارية وتتم الرقابة عن طريق ممثلى هذه الوزارة ، ولهم فى سبيل ذلك حق الاطلاع
على جميع المستندات ولو كانت سرية ، وللجهات الإدارية القيام بالرقابة الداخلية بما لايخل
باختصاصات وزارة المالية .
