لايجوز صرف أية مبالغ أو تسويتها إلابعد اعتماد أمر الصرف
أو التسوية من رئيس المصلحة أو من ينيبه وبعد استيفاء المستندات اللازمة وتحدد اللائحة
التنفيذية المستندات الواجب توافرها لتأييد عمليات الصرف والمستويات الوظيفية التى لها
حق التوقيع نيابة عن رئيس المصلحة .
