يجوز بقرار من وزير الدفاع فتح باب التطوع للاناث للخدمة في بعض وحدات القوات المسلحة أو في كتائب الأعمال الوطنية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (ج) بند « أولا » من المادة (٢) يبين فيه طريقة ذلك التطوع ومدته وشروطه وأحكامه .
ولا يلزم هؤلاء الاناث بالخدمة في المنظمات الوطنية المنصوص عليها في البند « ثانيا » من المادة (٢) .
