لا تمنح رخص جديدة بفتح مخازن أدوية بسيطة وتلغى تراخيص مخازن الأدوية البسيطة الموجودة وقت العمل بهذا القانون اذا انتقلت الملكية من الشخص المرخص اليه فيها إلى أى شخص آخر لأى سبب من أسباب نقل الملكية كما يلغى الترخيص اذا نقل المخزن من مكانه الحالى إلى مكان آخر وتعتبر الرخص الحالية شخصية لأصحابها ولا يجوز إشراك أحد فى ملكيتها .
