تعطى مهلة قدرها ٢٤ شهرا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون لوسطاء الأدوية لتسجيل جميع المستحضرات الصيدلية المستوردة التى يمثلون مصانعها وفقا لأحكام المادتين ( ٥٩ ) و( ٦١ ) من هذا القانون أو لتصفيتها .
كما تعطى مهلة قدرها ثلاثة شهور من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون لأصحاب المحال التى تتجر فى [غير مقروء] الطبية لتعيين مدير صيدلى بها والا ألغى الترخيص إداريا .
