يجب على صاحب الترخيص الحصول مقدما على موافقة وزارة الصحة العمومية على كل تغيير يريد إجراءه فى المؤسسة الصيدلية وعليه أن يقدم طلبا بذلك مصحوبا بوصف دقيق للتعديلات المطلوب إجراؤها ورسم هندسى لها ، وعليه أن ينفذ كافة الاشتراطات المطلوبة التى تفرض عليه وفقا لأحكام المادة ( ١١ ) ومتى تمت الاشتراطات المطلوبة تؤشر وزارة الصحة العمومية بإجراء التعديل على الترخيص السابق صرفه عن المؤسسة .
