تخضع المؤسسات الصيدلية للتفتيش السنوى الذى تقوم به السلطة الصحية المختصة للتثبت من دوام توافر الاشتراطات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١١ ) فإذا أظهر التفتيش أنها غير متوافرة وجب على صاحب الترخيص إتمامها خلال المدة التى تحدد له بحيث لا تجاوز ستين يوما فإذا لم يتمها خلال هذه المهلة جاز لوزارة الصحة العمومية تنفيذها على نفقته .
وعلى صاحب الترخيص أداء رسم التفتيش السنوى وقدره جنيه .
