يكون لكل ذى شأن أن يطعن فى قرار الجمعية العمومية بانقضاء الجمعية أمام المحكمة الابتدائية الكائن فى دائرة اختصاصها مقر الجمعية خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشره فى الوقائع المصرية وتفصل المحكمة فى الطعن على وجه الاستعجال وبغير مصروفات ويكون حكمها نهائيا .
