يتكون الاتحاد التعاونى للثروة المائية من جميع الجمعيات التعاونية للثروة المائية بكافة مستوياتها ويكون مقره مدينة القاهرة .
ويكون للاتحاد جمعية عمومية تتكون من ممثلين لجميع الجمعيات التعاونية المنتمية إليه وفقا لما تقرره اللائحة التنفيذية .
ويسرى على الاتحاد وعلى كل من يعمل فيه ما يسرى على الجمعيات التعاونية للثروة المائية ومن يعمل فيها من أحكام موضوعية أو إجرائية فيما لا يتعارض مع الأحكام الخاصة به .
