يجوز لممثلى الهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية حضور اجتماعات مجلس الادارة والجمعيات العمومية دون أن يكون لهم صوت معدود ويكون لهم فى حدود اختصاصهم حق المناقشة وإبداء الرأى وإثبات اعتراضاتهم على القرارات التى يرونها مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية ونظام الجمعية .
