مع عدم الاخلال برقابة الجهاز المركزى للحاسبات تباشر الدولة سلطتها فى الإشراف والرقابة على الجمعيات التعاونية للثروة المائية بواسطة وزير الزراعة والهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية وتكون هذه الهيئة بفروعها الجهاز المعاون لوزير الزراعة وذلك فى حدود أحكام هذا القانون .
