إذا انتهت العضوية فى مجلس الإدارة لأى سبب من الأسباب حل محل من انتهت عضويته ولنهاية مدة سلفه من حصل فى الانتخاب الأخير على أكثر الأصوات فإن لم يوجد وقل عدد الأعضاء عن النصاب القانونى اللازم لصحة الانعقاد دعيت الجمعية العمومية العادية لانتخاب بديل لمن انتهت عضويتهم .
