Article 54 of the Fisheries Cooperatives Law

يجوز لكل ذى شأن أن يطعن فى القرارات المشار إليها فى المادة ٥٠ من هذا القانون أمام المحكمة الابتدائية الكائن فى دائرة اختصاصها مقر الجمعية وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إعلان صاحب الشأن بمقر الجمعية بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول ، ويكون الطعن فى القرارات المشار إليها فى المادة ٥٢ أمام محكمة القضاء الإدارى خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشر قرار الحل فى الوقائع المصرية . وفى جميع الأحوال يكون الطعن بغير مصروفات وتفصل فيه المحكمة على وجه الاستعجال بحكم نهائى .
