يجب على عضو مجلس الإدارة الذى يتقرر وقفه عن العمل أو إسقاط عضويته لأى سبب أن يقوم بتسليم ما فى عهدته من أموال ودفاتر ومستندات خاصة الجمعية إلى مجلس الإدارة بمجرد إبلاغه بقرار الوقف أو الإسقاط وذلك على النحو الذى يحدده النظام الداخلى للجمعية .
