يكون لكل جمعية مجلس إدارة يدير شئونها يؤلف من خمسة أعضاء على الاقل من بين أعضاء الجمعية المستوفين لشروط عضوية مجلس الإدارة وتكون مدته خمس سنوات ويجوز للجمعية العمومية أن تعيد انتخاب العضو طبقا لما ينص عليه نظام الجمعية وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية الحد الأقصى لعدد أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وطريقة انتخابه أو تجديده وكيفية التمثيل حسب الاحوال .
