تتولى الإشراف على انتخابات مجالس الإدارة لجان يرأسها أحد أعضاء الهيئات القضائية ويصدر بتشكيل هذه اللجان وتحديد مهامها قرار من وزير الزراعة بالاتفاق مع وزير العدل .
وينتخب مجلس الإدارة فى أول اجتماع له من بين أعضائه هيئة مكتب من رئيس ونائب رئيس وسكرتير وأمين صندوق .
ويمثل الجمعية رئيس مجلس الإدارة أمام القضاء وفى صلاتها بالغير .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية طريقة عمل المجلس ومواعيد انعقاده والأغلبية اللازمة لصحة قراراته وكل ما يتعلق بسير العمل فيه .
