تكون مسئولية أعضاء الجمعية عن التزاماتها محدودة بقيمة ما لكل منهم من أسهم مالم ينص النظام الداخلى للجمعية على زيادة هذه المسئولية .
ويعتبر أعضاء مجلس الإدارة مسئولين بالتضامن عن الأضرار التى تلحق بالجمعية بسبب الخطأ الجسيم الذى يقع منهم خلال مدة عضو يتهم بالمجلس وذلك بعد التحقيق الذى ينتهى بالإدانة .
