ينشأ بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية صندوق تأمين تعاونى للتأمين على مراكب الجمعيات وأعضائها وغير ذلك من أنواع التأمين التى تتفق وأوجه نشاط الجمعية وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية أو اللائحة الداخلية للصندوق طريقة تمويل الصندوق ، وأغراضه وشروط صرف وسداد قيمة التأمين .
