تكون المبالغ المستحقة للجمعيات التعاونية قبل أعضائها نتيجة تعاملهم معها فى حدود الأغراض المبينة فى هذا القانون أو فى نظامها مضمونة بحق امتياز عام على أموالهم يجىء فى الترتيب فى ذات مرتبة الامتياز المقرر فى القانون المدنى للمبالغ المنصرفة للبذور والسماد وآلات الزراعة .
وللجمعية الحق فى تحصيل هذه المبالغ بطريق الحجز الإدارى بناء على طلبها أو على طلب الهيئة العامة لتنمية الثروة السمكية .
