يكون للمبالغ المستحقة للصندوق امتياز على جميع أموال المدين من عقار ومنقول من ذات مرتبة الامتياز المقرر فى القانون المدنى للمبالغ المنصرفة للبذور والسماد وآلات الزراعة .
ويجوز تحصيل مستحقات صندوق دعم الجمعيات التعاونية لصائدى الأسماك لدى الجمعيات التعاونية وأعضائها بطريق الحجز الإدارى .
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون طريقة وإجراءات التحصيل بما يتفق وقانون الحجز الإدارى .
