يعاقب بالحبس مدة [غير مقروء] على سنتين وبغرامة لاتجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل شخص اطلق بغير حق فى مكاتباته التجارية أو فى لوحات محاله أو فى أى إعلان أو غيره مما ينشر على الجمهور بأن هذا العمل لمشروع تعاونى زراعى أو استعمل فى تسمية عمله أو مشروعه تسمية أخرى يفهم منها أن ذلك العمل أو المشروع هو جمعية تعاونية زراعية .
ويحكم فضلا عن ذلك بإزالة الاسم ونشر الحكم على نفقة المحكوم عليه فى إحدى الصحف اليومية .
