مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر يعاقب بغرامة لاتجاوز مائة جنيه كل من نشر تقارير غير صحيحة عن الحالة المالية والإدارية أو نشاط أية جمعية تعاونية وتتعدد العقوبة بتعدد النشر .
