يكون لكل جمعية من الجمعيات المحلية مدير مسئول من بين اثنين من المهندسين الزراعيين يرشحهما مجلس الإدارة ويصدر بندب المدير المسئول قرار من الوزير المختص .
ويصدر الوزير المختص لائحة تنظم شروط التعيين فى وظائف مديرى هذه الجمعيات وتحديد اختصاصاتهم وبيان مسئوليات وطريقة محاسبتهم والجزاءات التى توقع عليهم .
