يجب ابلاغ الجهة الإدارية المختصة بالدعوة إلى عقد الجمعية العمومية قبل ميعاد انعقادها بعشرة أيام على الأقل لإيفاد مندوبين عنها للحضور اجتماعها والاشتراك فى مداولاتها دون أن يكون لهم صوت معدود .
