لا يجوز للشركات أو المنشآت الأجنبية إنشاء مكاتب خدمات علمية أو فنية أو
استشارية أو غيرها إلا إذا كان لهذه الشركات أو المنشآت وكيل تجارى فى مصر طبقا
لأحكام هذا القانون .
ولا يجوز لهذه الشركات والمنشآت أو مكاتبها المشار إليها بالفقرة السابقة ممارسة أى
عمل من أعمال الوكالة أو الوساطة التجارية إلا من خلال وكيل أو وسيط تجارى مقيد
بالسجل المنصوص عليه فى المادة ( ٢ [غير مقروء] .
