يجدد القيد كل خمس سنوات من تاريخ القيد أو من تاريخ آخر تجديد ، على أن يقدم
الطلب خلال التسعين يوما السابقة لانتهاء المدة ، ومع ذلك يقبل الطلب إذا قدم خلال
التسعين يوما التالية لانتهاء المدة ، إذا قام الطالب بسداد الرسم فى هذه الحالة مضاعفا .
ويشطب قيد الوكيل أو الوسيط فى حالة عدم تقديم طلب التجديد خلال التسعين يوما
المشار إليها .
