يشترط لإنشاء المكاتب المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة الحصول على موافقة وزارة
الاقتصاد التى تمد سجلا خاصا تقيد به هذه المكاتب .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون المبالغ التى تؤدى عن القيد والتجديد وتعديل
البيانات فى هذا السجل والعملة التى تدفع بها هذه المبالغ بما لا يجاوز ما يأتى :
جنيه
١٠٠٠ تأمين يقدم مع طلب القيد .
٥٠٠ رسم القيد .
٢٠٠ رسم تجديد القيد .
٢٠ رسم تعديل بيانات القيد
