Article 18 of the Commercial Agency Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تزيد على خمسين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل وكيل أو وسيط تجارى أو سمسار عقارى مارس العمل بعد زوال أحد شروط القيد المنصوص عليها فى أى من المادتين (٣ ، ٣ مكررا) من هذا القانون مع علمه بذلك ، فضلا عن الحكم بإلغاء القيد وسقوط الحق فى استرداد التأمين .

إذا مارس الوكيل أو الوسيط التجارى العمل بعد زوال أحد الشروط المنصوص عليها
بالمادة ( ٣ ) من هذا القانون مع علمه بذلك ، عوقب بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر
وبغرامة لا تزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
ويترتب على صدور الحكم بالإدانة إلغاء القيد وسقوط الحق فى استرداد التأمين .
