على وزارات الحكومة ومصالحها ووحدات الحكم المحلى والهيئات العامة وشركات
ووحدات القطاع العام إذا تكشف لها خلال ممارسة اختصاصها أو نشاطها قيام وكالة
تجارية أو توفر عمل من أعمال الوساطة التجارية ، أن توافى مصلحة الضرائب بذلك خلال
ثلاثين يوما ، مع بيان شخص الوكيل أو الوسيط التجارى ، والعمل الذى قام به ، والمبالغ
التى يكون قد تقاضاها وعلى العموم بكافة ما يتوافر لها من بيانات فى هذا الشأن .
