تحصل العمولة المتفق عليها فى عقد السمسرة العقارية أو أية مبالغ يتقاضاها السمسار العقارى بوسائل الدفع غير النقدى الواردة بقانون تنظيم استخدام وسائل الدفع غير النقدى الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٨ لسنة ٢٠١٩
واستثناء من قانون تنظيم استخدام وسائل الدفع غير النقدى المشار إليه يحظر دفع أى مبلغ من المبالغ المذكورة بصورة نقدية يتجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه .
