Article 11 of the Commercial Agency Law

يلتزم الوكيل التجارى بإمساك دفاتر منتظمة تتضمن بيانات صحيحة ، ويتعين أن
يقيد بها العمولات التى تستحق له والبنوك المودعة بها .
كما يلتزم بإخطار الإدارة المختصة بسجل الوكلاء والوسطاء التجاريين عند التوقف عن
ممارسة نشاط الوكالة التجارية خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ التوقف .
وفى هذه الحالة يرد له مبلغ التأمين .
