يلتزم السمسار العقارى بموافاة الإدارة المختصة بسجل السمسرة العقارية بكل تعديل أو تغيير يطرأ على البيانات المشار إليها بالمادة (٢ مكررا) من هذا القانون ، وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ حصول التعديل أو التغيير .
