يكون الاختصاص بتوقيع جزاء الفصل من الخدمة للجنة المشار إليها
فى المادة (٧١) من هذا القانون .
ويكون توقيع باقى الجزاءات التأديبية لصاحب العمل أو من يفوضه لذلك .
ويكون لمدير المنشأة توقيع جزاءى الإنذار والخصم من الأجر لمدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أيام .
