يجوز تشديد الجزاء إذا عاد العامل إلى ارتكاب مخالفة جديدة
من نوع المخالفة التى سبق مجازاة العامل عنها ، متى وقعت المخالفة الجديدة
خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ إبلاغ العامل بتوقيع الجزاء السابق .
