لا يجوز لصاحب العمل توقيع أكثر من جزاء واحد عن المخالفة الواحدة ،
كما لا يجوز له الجمع بين اقتطاع جزء من أجر العامل تطبيقا لحكم المادة (٦١)
من هذا القانون وبين أى جزاء مالى إذا زاد ما يجب اقتطاعه على أجر خمسة أيام
فى الشهر الواحد .
