للعامل الحق فى تحديد موعد إجازته السنوية إذا كان متقدما لأداء
الامتحان فى إحدى مراحل التعليم بشرط أن يخطر صاحب العمل قبل قيامه بالإجازة
بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل .
