لصاحب العمل أن يحرم العامل من أجره عن مدة الإجازة ،
أو يسترد ما أداه من أجر عنها ، إذا ثبت اشتغاله خلالها لدى صاحب عمل آخر ،
وذلك دون إخلال بالجزاء التأديبى .
