يخطر صاحب العمل العمال والمنظمة النقابية المعنية بالطلب المقدم منه وبالقرار الصادر بالإغلاق الكلى أو الجزئى للمنشأة أو بتقليص حجمها أو نشاطها .
ويكون تنفيذ ذلك القرار اعتبارا من التاريخ الذى تحدده اللجنة التى نظرت الطلب أو التظلم على حسب الأحوال .
